Delivery Schedule & Working Days
Please note that the delivery timelines mentioned below do not include Saturdays and Sundays, as they are non-working days for most courier services. Deliveries are only made on Monday to Friday. Please note that public holidays will also be considered non-working days, and may extend processing times.
Order Processing Time
We aim to get your order ready within 9-14 working days before dispatching it for delivery.
Estimated Transit Time
Once your order leaves our hands, it usually takes around 5-6 working days to reach your doorstep. We know you're excited to receive your items, and we'll do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
7-Days Delivery Service
If you choose our 7-Days Delivery Service, please note that this means 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) since couriers do not operate on weekends. As a result, your parcel will reach you in approximately 9-10 calendar days.
International Shipping Details
At Kartex Suits, we're proud to offer international shipping to almost every country worldwide. However, please note that international shipping rates will depend on various factors, including the total weight of your order and the specific region to which the suits are being shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs clearance is an unpredictable factor that varies from country to country. If customs duties are incurred on your parcel, they must be paid by you (the customer). We are not responsible for paying these charges.
For European orders, customs duties mostly apply to parcels. If you are ordering from any European country, please be aware that custom duties should be paid by you, and we are not responsible for paying any customs duties incurred on your parcel.
If a customer does not pay the customs duties, and the parcel is disposed of or returned back, the customer may apply for a refund. However, in such cases, 35% of the payment is non-refundable.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. For a smooth delivery experience, we kindly request that you provide a complete street address with your house or unit number, along with the street name.
