Order Processing & Manufacturing Details:
Upon placing an order, it gets processed within 1-2 days and is sent for manufacturing. Here's what you need to know about our refund and exchange policies during various stages of your order:
Post-Manufacturing Cancellation:
Within 48 Hours of Order Placement: If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, you may request a 100% refund.
After 48 Hours: Once your suit has entered the crafting stage, a 100% refund is no longer available. Instead, 15% of the total amount will be retained as a non-refundable fee, with the remainder being refunded to you.
Change of Mind After Delivery: If you have received your suit and then decide that you no longer want it, please note that 35% of the total amount will be non-refundable.
Damaged Suit: In the unfortunate event that your suit is damaged you have two options:
1. Opt for a full refund (excluding shipping), acknowledging our mistake.
2. Request an exchange for a new item, which will be dispatched within 2 days, receiving top priority in our fullfillment queue. (Recommended)
Return Policy: Size Selection
Please note that if a customer selects an incorrect size at the time of ordering, the item will be non-refundable. We urge customers to carefully review our size guide and ensure accurate measurements before finalizing their order. It's crucial to select the correct size to avoid any potential inconvenience.
If you receive a suit that does not fit as expected, you may apply for a refund of the purchase price. We advise you to consult our sizing guide thoroughly before placing your order to ensure optimal fit.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you selected the 7-day delivery service, this service fee is also non-refundable if the suit is received within the provided timeline. Please note that Sundays do not count towards the 7-day delivery timeline.
Address Verification: Occasionally, customers may inadvertently provide incorrect shipping addresses. Our team diligently monitors for such discrepancies and attempts to contact customers for verification. However, if customers do not respond and a delivery delay occurs, we cannot accept returns. If the mistake is on our part, we fully accept responsibility and offer two solutions: a 100% refund or an expedited exchange suit (recommended).
Customs Delays: Please be aware that delays caused by customs are beyond our control. The time it takes to clear customs can vary, and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to customs delays. If our support team has specifically accepted responsibility for customs delays, it implies we will continually notify you about your suit's status as a reminder. In case of any errors on our part, we will fully assume responsibility and address the issue promptly.
