    Order Processing & Manufacturing Details

    Upon placing an order, it is processed within 1-2 days and sent for manufacturing. Below are the details of our refund, exchange, and return policies during various stages of your order:


     

    Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Within 48 Hours of Order Placement: If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

    • After 48 Hours: Once your suit enters the crafting stage, a full refund is no longer available. Instead, 15% of the total amount will be retained as a non-refundable fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

    • Within 48 Hours of Order Delivery: The return/refund request window is open for 48 hours after order delivery.

    • Change of Mind After Delivery: If you have received your suit and then decide that you no longer want it, 50% of the total amount will be non-refundable.

    Damaged Suit: If you receive a damaged suit, you have two options:

    1. Full Refund: You may opt for a full refund (excluding shipping).

    2. Exchange (Recommended): You can request an exchange for a new item, receiving top priority in our fulfillment queue.


     

    Exchange Policy

    If you need to exchange your suit for a different size or model, follow these steps:

    1. Request for Exchange: Send an email to our support desk at support@kartexsuits.com.au to request an exchange.

    2. Approval Process: Our team will review your request and get back to you with approval or further guidance on the process.

    3. Shipping & Handling Charges: Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Additionally, there is a handling and packaging fee of AUD 15 for exchanging the suit.


     

    Return Policy: Size Selection & Address Issues

    • Incorrect Size Selection: If you select an incorrect size at the time of ordering, the item is non-refundable. We strongly urge customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order to ensure an accurate fit.

    • Expedited Delivery: If you selected the 7-day delivery service, this service fee is non-refundable if the suit is received within the promised timeline. (Sundays do not count towards the 7-day timeline.)

    • Incorrect Shipping Address: If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, we attempt to verify it. If we receive a late response and a delay occurs, returns will not be accepted.


     

    Customs Delays

    Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to customs delays.


     

    Easy Suit Returns

    If you wish to return your suit, follow these steps:

    1. Secure Packaging: Pack the suit securely to prevent any damage.

    2. Contact Us: Reach out to us at returns@kartexsuits.com.au for return approval before shipping.

    3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers must cover the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
